It was pretty useful but I found myself skipping several parts because I wasn't interested in them.

It’s one thing to bring the woman you love back into your life. It’s another to try and keep her there.

I have one hell of a bad habit. I almost never read the blurb before starting a book. Yes, I do read it before adding the book to my tbr shelf. I do trust myself completely to know that when a book ends up on my tbr shelf, it’s worth reading. So, again, I do not bother with the blurb because I like to be surprised.

I should have read the blurb for Come Alive.

Come Alive is told from Dex’s POV.

Ok, mini rant time.

1. 1. I don't like the new and improved Dex. He's annoying and kinda creepy;

2. Perry is a total douche;

3. Max is not helping with making things better;

4. Max should die in a fire;

5. I want Perry's POV;

6. I have a feeling that the creepy won't be as good as the previous books. I do hope I'm wrong :/

If I search the tag "customize" in my dashboard I get four posts. One of them is mine and the other three are by Booklikes but if I enter into the browser's address bar http://booklikes.com/tag/customize I get 27 posts!

You can use this to search for authors as well or tags with multiple words just add a + sign between words:

http://booklikes.com/tag/book+quote

http://booklikes.com/tag/tamora+pierce

Also this tag page only shows the title and the first sentence of a post.

So if a tag does have a lot of responses on the dashboard it might be better to look at it on the tag page where you can quickly skim through posts that don't interest you and click on ones that do. No endless scrolling that makes you dizzy! (Or much less of it.)

This could have easily been another 5 star book. Easily! But Perry had to go fuck it up.

Yes, I'm blaming this on her. Dex was incredibly different in this one, I could never imagine him being so emotional and kind. And she's too much of a whiny bitch to accept it. Yes, I know she's hurt. Yes, I know she finds it difficult to trust Dex, but after all he's done to her I would expect a different reaction. It's unfair. She's behaving like a total bitch without a good reason.

Is this because it's Perry's time to be the pursued one? Is this the reason why she's playing so hard to get? Too hard to get, if you ask me. It's pretty much a turn off. I hope she'll snap out of it in the coming book.

Creepy Clown Lady!

This book was uncomfortable as fuck. Seriously. It was a pain to read, and I say this in the best of ways. It took all my feelings and fears, threw them in a blender and turned them to mush. For this I'm going to give it the big 5. I rarely get so bothered by reading a book. Well done.

Read it in one day. Nuff said.

I am officially a fan of this series.

For some reason I always thought that having a radio show would be cool. Then I thought about how awesome it would be if the main character of an Urban Fantasy series would be the host of a radio show.

Yes. Want.

However, I obviously didn’t think it through. What could one possibly expect from a book like this? Sure, the main character would be all badass on the radio.

Jokes. Yes, please.

Some nice music recommendations. Hell yeah!

Many things could be better, lots of drama could have been avoided. For some reason it felt nice to read it. It also made me get interested in the characters and the show soooo I'll be definitely reading the rest of it. Yes, I never thought this would happen. Yay, I guess.

Many - myself included - either have only rudimentary knowledge of Custom Style Sheets (CSS) or none whatsoever. Whichever category you fall in, there is a way to easily edit your CSS to customize the layout of your blog. Many browsers have addons to live edit your CSS and preview it at the same time. For Google Chrome I use Stylebot. 

I have used the first theme for my blog so please be aware that some edits shown here may not work with the other themes but if you get the basic idea behind my post I am sure you can apply a lot of it for the other two themes. :) 

I managed to update 5 reviews. Got tired.

If you don't want to annoy lots of people with big assed posts on their dash... Use the page break function. Makes things so much less huge.
